Team Grow just keeps on growing

Grow Marketing Ltd would like to publicly welcome the newest members of our team, Sofy Robertson and Rowena Stoneman, who joined us on Monday 3rd September.
Sofy, our new Online Content Assistant, joins us straight from the classroom- the primary school classroom that is. Sofy is a trained primary school teacher who has lived and worked in Devon for the past eight years. With a degree in English from the University of Exeter, Sofy has enjoyed writing creatively both for herself and for publications. She will be assisting in the management of Grow’s social media platforms and contributing articles to Grow’s website.
“Swapping the classroom for an office feels fantastically strange and I am loving the opportunity to dust off my writing skills and work alongside such a talented bunch of people.”
Rowena, our new Operations and Distribution Manager, is a trained car mechanic who joins us from Air Marketing where she was a Business Development Executive. In her new role, Rowena will ensure that Grow is distributed to our customers and will optimise the efficiency of our practices to ensure the smooth running of our business. With her strong organisational skills and personable nature, Rowena has already proven herself to be an asset to the Grow team, and in particular to the Grow office space.
“The work ethic here is inspirational as there is such a strong feeling of integrity within the team and its client base.”
From a start up company of two people, Dan Frye and Llew Nicholls have been at the helm of a fast growing (excuse the pun) business movement which now boasts a team of twenty with twelve employees and eight regular freelance contributors (writers and photographers). Due to Grow’s expansion, the company needed to find larger working premises so at the end of June this year, we moved to our permanent new home, Pynes Hill Business Centre. Since our arrival, we have slowly taken over a large chunk of the ground floor and enjoyed making the space our own. Unfortunately we cannot give away any spoilers of what the future holds for Grow, but we can say “watch this space” as we hope to announce some exciting new developments in the near future.
Finally, keep an eye out for your copy of our first anniversary September edition, themed around ‘Milestones’ and hitting your doormats in the next week or so. As a start-up company on the brink of becoming a scale-up, Grow has already had its fair share of milestones and what better a birthday present for Grow to gift itself than two fantastic new employees.
