THE BOTANIST CELEBRATES OPENING COUNTDOWN WITH POP-UP PLANT SHOP THIS WEEKEND
The Botanist, Exeter’s newest botanical-inspired cocktail bar and restaurant, are giving locals the opportunity to stock up on house plants this weekend from Queen St Dining ahead of its November opening.
Known for its stunning interiors as well as quirky cocktails, The Botanist is encouraging locals to enjoy a small piece of their world at home whilst visiting their ‘Pay-as-they-feel’ pop-up plant stall in Market Square, between 11AM and 4PM this Saturday & Sunday. (23rd and 24th October)
In our effort to support local and give back, 100% of sales of all potted plants will be donated to Exeter-based children’s charity Little Hero – supporting their plans to create ‘Will’s Woodland’- a respite holiday centre set within 6 acres to allow families affected by childhood cancer to holiday safely and for free.
Rachel Guy, Opening Manager for The Botanist, said
“We can’t wait to open our doors in November and welcome Exeter locals and visitors to our botany-inspired venues. It’s true we’re well-known for our beautiful botanical décor, but we’re equally famous for Hanging Kebabs and our collection of award-winning cocktails. I’m excited for Exeter to experience both our food and drinks – as well as our new look roof terrace?.
In the event of poor weather, the plant sale will be moved to inside The Guildhall Shopping Centre, opposite H Samuels.
