Social Sciences placed amongst top 100 in THE global rankings
Business and Economics also rank in the global top 150.
The University of Exeter has been named as one of the top 100 places in the world to study a range of Social Sciences subjects, according to the latest influential rankings.
Education, Law and Social Sciences have all been recognised as being amongst the global top 100, in the latest 2018 Times Higher Education subject rankings, published today.
Education is the highest ranked at 77, with Social Sciences 83rd and Law 93rd. Business and Economics also ranked highly in the tables, positioned in the 126-150 category group.

Social Sciences subjects are taught at the University’s campuses in Exeter and Penryn in Cornwall. Interdisciplinary collaboration is a hallmark of the College, reflected both in research and its varied curriculum which offers flexibility and choice. Areas of interdisciplinary excellence include Middle East Politics and European Law.
