BIG SCREEN IN THE PARK IS BACK FOR SUMMER 2022

Al-fresco film lovers – rejoice! Big Screen in the Park is back in Northernhay Gardens 10 – 13 August after a two-year break, and what better way to make the most of the long Summer evenings? 

As well as a feelgood film selection featuring blockbusters, indies and cult classics, you can enjoy a licenced bar, popcorn & more from Candy Floss Kids, a BBQ and upgrades including deckchairs and delicious picnics from partners Greendale Farm Shop (upgrades must be pre booked). Professor Wayne Szalinski ‘s inventions rarely work but when his latest contraption, a shrinking machine, zaps into action it reduces a lot more than he could have possibly imagined and accidentally shrinks his kids by mistake. A firm family favourite for everyone to enjoy.

Based out of a small office in a little French town The French Dispatch is a colourful supplement magazine catering for the culturally eccentric. Visually stunning and magically nostalgic this could be Wes Anderson’s most accomplised movie yet.

Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. You can’t beat Bond for an evening of action and adventure. 

SAT 13 AUG: BACK TO THE FUTURE (PG) | 1985 | 116 mins 

Great Scott! 17 Year Old Marty McFly is accidentally transported 30 years back in time in a Delorean designed by his scientist friend, Doc Brown. An timeless cult classic for an evening of movie magic.
