If you’re looking for a new job, the team at Sarah West Recruitment will support you every step of the way. Here’s how we do this.

First thing’s first, once one of our Consultants has had a good read through your CV and they’ve got an inkling that they’ll have roles that could be a good fit, they’ll get in touch to arrange a registration meeting.

“The registration meeting’s an informal get together to talk through your career history, to understand in more detail the skills and experience that you have. I’ll also explore what you like doing and perhaps even more importantly, what you don’t. It’s also a chance to get to know your personality and that way, when we’re talking to potential employers, we’re able to talk about more than just your CV. It also helps us understand the kind of organisation that’s going to suit you, culturally, too.”

During this meeting, your Recruitment Consultant will also run through any roles that are potentially a good fit. You then decide if you’d like to be put forward. If there’s no suitable roles immediately, your Recruitment Consultant will get in touch as soon as there is. We get new roles regularly and will always check whether it’s something you’re keen to be progressed for, before your CV is sent across.

When you’re going along to interviews, we’ll organise all the logistics with the recruiting company. And obviously check that it’s a date and time that’ll work for you before getting anything in the diary.

We’ll give you as much information as we can before you go along – what the company’s like, who you’ll be meeting and some of the questions you’re likely to be asked. If there’s a task involved, we’ll also talk you through what’s involved with that too.
