Exeter’s Nightlife is About to Get a Bit More Exciting…
Coolings and The Cellar bar are on Gandy Street in the heart of Exeter. They open with a launch night from 6pm on Saturday 8th September. Formally Hatts Bar & Restaurant, Coolings and The Cellar Bar have been taken over by the new owners and an extensive and impressive refurbishment is currently underway.
On the launch night the Coolings team will be showcasing not only the new decor and new range of products but an exciting new cocktail menu and a taster of whats to come from fantastic musicians Byzantium Lane and Matt Liggens-Hall. Coolings will have live music every Wednesday and Friday evenings and a live DJ on a Saturday.
A brand new lunch menu served every day, a drop in cocktail workshop with our team, every Thursday from 8pm and Sunday all evening happy hour is enough to get us excited! And, on the last weekend of every month we will turn on the party lights as we welcome some of the South Wests best musicians to party the night away with us.
Fantastic drinks offerings and a lunch menu which launches on Sunday 9th September with the Coolings Sunday Roast, including the sharing platter and children’s roast dinner are just a bit of what Coolings brings to the Exeter night life and the fantastic offering of venues on and around Gandy Street.
