Who would have thought, that down a little back street in the centre of Exeter, you can find one of the best Music universities in England!
The Academy of Music offers a Foundation Degree in Music and Sound and a BA Hons (Top Up) in Music and Sound. Suitable for performers and producers, composers and singer songwriters, prospective music teachers, music event managers, music business entrepreneurs and more. You can even go onto a Master’s in Music with us too!
So, why do students choose the Academy of Music in Exeter for their Music Degree?
Is it because we all eat, sleep and breath music at the Academy of Music? Or perhaps, it’s the size or location of the university? If its performance experience you want or the chance to network with other like-minded musicians, this is the place for you!

Why the Academy of music, Exeter?

What are you doing now?
‘I now work full time as a Session Musician in performance/recording, arranger, composer, producer, audio engineer and mix engineer. I also run 2 small business’s, a Session Horn Section - Raw Brass and a Recording Studio - Rawcus Studios.’ Josh Westrip BA Hons 2014-2015
