SALES & MARKETING CONSULTANTS

We are looking for dynamic Sales & Marketing Consultants to join our commercial team and so we’re looking for bright, confident team players who are highly driven, self-motivated and who ideally have a passion for sales, marketing and media.
The role is sales/customer-oriented and involves both taking inbound calls from customers and making outbound calls, speaking with interested parties in the Grow magazine portfolio and other associated products.
Initial sales and media training will be given and ongoing training and sales guidance will be provided. As a company we prioritise growth, integrity, value, efficiency and relationships. An ideal candidate would be someone who shares these 5 values.
The role requires candidates to ideally have:
- Strong selling, negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to identify sales opportunities
- Good self-motivation – able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
- Sound customer service skills
- Excellent at finding solutions to clients needs, with an agile approach to these solutions.
- Passionate desire for success with strong ambition

Hours: 37.5 hours a week over 5days (9am -5.30pm with 1hrs lunch)
