Go the Extra Mile
A small amount of light in a dark room makes all the difference. It changes the atmosphere of the room and alters the experience of those within it. And so it is in life. In a world that can sometimes feel negative and overcast, sometimes the smallest act of kindness, even from a stranger, can brighten up our day, week, month or, even, year.
In this edition, as we consider the theme of ‘Customer Service’, we’ve kept this analogy in mind and tried to find some of the individuals and businesses of Exeter who are trailblazers and champions of customer satisfaction. After all, a pleasant customer experience can sometimes be that very source of light in the darkness.
To name but a few, we speak with Sam Curtis, Natwest’s Director of Business Banking for Devon, who is passionate about pursuing consistently excellent customer service; Leila Francis Coleman, co-founder of the exciting water-based fitness company Aquaphysical, who have an enviable global client-base spanning 55 countries and also Jim & Lucy Fisher, owners of the award-winning Exeter Cookery School, based on Exeter’s beautiful Quay.
That is only scratching the surface though as we have masses of engaging and informative content for you to enjoy.
