Title: Telemarketer/Lead Generator (part time)
Salary: up to £20k (pro rata) + incentive
This telemarketer role is office based in a well established, successful, creative agency. It’s a newly created role which initially will be short term but could turn into a long term opportunity based on your success. You’ll be making outbound calls to prospects looking to cleanse the data the company hold and to explore the possibility of an appointment for the Head of Sales. That person will then go into more detail about the services the company offer. For some clients the company act as their full marketing team where we provide strategic best advice on the most effective spend of their marketing budget and thereafter deliver the agreed marketing activity on their behalf. For others they manage the delivery of a specific marketing project, such as a re-branding exercise, a lead generation campaign, a new product launch or a website build.
There will be other things you can get involved in but essentially this is a sales role.
What we are looking for?
We are looking for a driven, knowledgeable professional who has experience in a similar role and who can connect with prospects and generate qualified sales leads to be passed on to the sales team.
A self-starter, who can proactively engage with prospective customers through various means, such as follow-ups after digital campaigns (including emails, social media, website), direct mail etc. as well as initiating one-to-one emails, social media contact and other approved mechanisms to support your calling. The primary focus is to generate qualified leads to then pass on to the sales team with the opportunity for future progression and development within the sales team.
To be considered for this role, proven experience and success in a similar role is essential. We are seeking an energetic and an effective communicator who is self-motivated and thrives on the prospect of uncovering new business opportunities.

- A mature and measured telephone manner
- Proven experience in a telemarketing role
- Marketing experience is desirable
