Exeter Celebrates Two Winners in the 2019 Michelmores Property Awards

Chester Long Court in Exeter, has won the Residential Project of the Year (35 units and under) in the Michelmores Property Awards. This project led by Exeter City has been built in a Passivhaus standard, which offers low energy requirements for tenants. “This is a truly innovative scheme, it represents a milestone in the development of Passivhaus engineered accommodation, and the move towards zero carbon buildings locally. The units are all affordable apartments for people aged over 60, and it is clear that they very much enjoy living in this accommodation.”
