“We have 12 years to limit climate change catastrophe” – warns the United Nations (UN)….so how can we collectively prevent this happening and fast? The short answer is we need to look at how we can better treat our planet, but time is running out!

The recent report from the UN (IPCC) states:

“Governments around the world must take rapid, far-reaching and unprecedented changes in all aspects of society to avoid disastrous levels of global warming.”

We are fortunate in that Exeter has World leading expertise from the Met Office in environmental science and data analytics, but we need to do our part. How we design our buildings for the future is critical to reducing global warming – we need low carbon healthy buildings.

This not to be missed summit aims to tackle these challenges head on and provides direction for designing the buildings of the future

So please join us and protect the future of our planet and the people who live here.
