Devon Dominates the Most Definitive List of the UK’s Greatest Hotels

It’s official! Devon hosts the most of the UK’s favourite hotels – more than any other county outside of London.

An impressive 7% of the UK’s Hoteliers’ Hotels Top 100 list feature Devon based hotels, with 4 properties being members of Exeter and Heart of Devon Hotels and Restaurants Association.

Lympstone Manor in Exmouth (shown in the feature photo), The Pig at Combe in Gittisham, Salcombe Harbour Hotel & Spa in Salcombe and Bovey Castle in Dartmoor National Park all made it on the prestigious list put together by telecommunications company, Sky, and UK business magazine for hospitality professionals, The Caterer. The two media giants set out on a mission to create the most definitive list of the UK’s greatest hotels.
